Liposculpture of the face

Goal: To reshape the facial contour and correct asymmetries, irregularities of the face.

Surgical technique: With fine gauge cannulas (2-3 mm) through small stab incisions the neccesery amount of fat is aspirated usually from the abdominal wall.

Duration and anesthesia: Usualy 30 minutes under local anesthesia.

Recovery: One day after the procedure a patient should refrain from intensive facial movements, i.e. laughing or talking too much.

Rare complications: Mild edema and hematomas .

Pre-operatory evaluation: To proceed with this surgery the patient has to take a blood and heart test. In case there is a problem with the exams the surgery could not be done to the patient.
